Automation Stages

Raw Material Intake and Discharge System

Stock Management and Level Control

Stock levels are monitored with 0.2% accuracy using level sensors (radar, ultrasonic, or capacitive). Automatic filling and discharging systems optimize warehouse management by preventing product mixing. Silo fill levels are monitored in real time via the SCADA system.

Material Flow and Distribution Automation

Material flow is automatically managed via conveyor belts, screw conveyors, and pneumatic transport systems. Diverter valves and actuators direct raw materials to target silos to ensure accurate distribution.

Fault Prevention and Alarm System

SCADA-based alarm systems detect overflow, blockages, and malfunctions, sending real-time alerts to operators. With remote access and mobile notifications, operators can intervene in the system at any time.
